🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas inside the building, including guest rooms.

A special cleaning fee of 3000THB may be charged for smoking. Please smoke outside at the designated area.

Getting in and Getting out

You can use the same entrance of Sum Sum Cafe during 06:00-20:00 and after hours you can use the door of Sunny Side Up cafe to get in and out

Shower rooms & Bathrooms

Shower rooms are on the floor above your room and Bathrooms are located in the same floor of yours. They're shared.

Luggage Storage

You can use the luggage storage on the check-in and check-out date for free.

For other days, luggage can be stored for 80THB per bag per day and 15% discount applied on 2nd day onwards. Picking up and dropping off during opening hours only (06:00-20:00)

Please inform our cafe staff that you are Airbnb guest and would like to use the service.

Shower room service

If you would like to use shower room after check-out, the cost is 120THB.

Cleaning & Trash Guide

Daily cleaning service is not included.
If you would like a fresh towel, please let our staff know — we’re happy to provide one.
Please dispose of your trash in the bin provided in your room.
If you need extra trash bags, just ask our staff anytime.
If you have a large amount of trash and would like to take it during your stay, please hand it to our staff — we’ll take care of it for you.

Duckie the cat

We have a friendly house cat living in the home behind this building. During the day, he may wander around the area or visit inside.

He’s vaccinated, healthy, and a bit of a naughty energy ball, but very sweet.

Please don’t worry if you see him around — he’s part of our little family 🐱

Common area Guide

The downstairs area is our café during the day. You’re welcome to use the space — there’s no need to order anything if you just want to relax or work there.

If you use the area at night, please turn off the lights after you’re done.
